Except for Indian nationality, all of the nationality people need the visa. We have to inform you that, about visa process and where and how to get for entry into Nepal. If you are flying into Nepal, you can obtain on your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu which is a primary airport of Nepal. Visa can be obtained from the Nepalese embassy in your home country, just simply visit and fill up the visa form. But, if you are entering via various India and Nepal borders can get visa easily there. To make the visa process easier a passport sized photograph for immigration and having USD cash is required. Please bring this in your hand luggage along with you.

Below is the Visa fee structure for various length of stay:

  • Multiple entry 15 days USD 15/person
  • Multiple entry 30 days USD 30/person  
  • Multiple entry 90 days USD 100/person

Where to get Visa while entering through different borders:

  • Kakarvitta, Jhapa (Eastern Nepal)
  • Birganj, Parsa (Central Nepal)
  • Kodari, Sindhupalchowk (Northern Border)
  • Belhiya, Bhairahawa (Rupandehi, Western Nepal)
  • Jamuna, Nepalgunj (Banke, Mid-Western Nepal)
  • Mohana, Dhangadhi (Kailali, Far Western Nepal)
  • Gaddachauki, Mahendranagar (Kanchanpur, Far Western Nepal)

Visa fee will require paying in cash. However, it is payable in any major currencies but not by traveler’s cheques, and passport photograph to purchase a Nepal visa at Kathmandu airport arrival gate.
